Cassandra “Casey” Doss, FNP-BC
Founder Of Pause. Aesthetics & Hormones
Casey’s passion for health and wellness began at a young age after watching her mother courageously battle and survive breast cancer. That experience shaped her desire to pursue a career dedicated to helping others improve their health, confidence, and quality of life.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of caring for patients in a variety of settings, including cardiothoracic surgery at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, primary and geriatric care, and regenerative medicine, specializing in non-surgical treatments designed to help patients feel and function at their best.
As her career evolved, she attended the School of Applied Functional Medicine, where she discovered a significant gap in the way women's health concerns, particularly during perimenopause and menopause, are addressed. At Pause., she combines evidence-based medicine with a personalized, whole-person approach to wellness, aesthetics, and hormone optimization. Her goal is to empower every patient with education, support, and treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, creating memories with her fiancé, Colton, and spending time with their daughter, Chandler, who keeps life exciting and full of adventure.
Brandy
Office Manager And Laser Technician
Brandy has worked in the medical field since 1997, but her true passion is aesthetics. She loves helping people feel confident on the inside while enhancing their natural beauty on the outside.
She has been happily married to her husband, David, for over 20 years, and together they have two amazing children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending weekends at the lake and making memories with family and friends.
Christy, RN
Nurse Injector And Laser Technician
Christy lives outside of Cape Girardeau with her husband and three kids. She’s been a nurse for over 15 years. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and learning the newest techniques in the world of aesthetics
Miranda
Licensed Esthetician
Miranda is dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through customized treatments and results-driven skincare. She loves making everyone feel good and look good. With a passion for education and skin barrier repair, Miranda focuses on creating personalized experiences that go beyond the surface, addressing each client’s unique concerns with intention and care. When Miranda isn't working, she loves going shopping, and working out. She loves staying busy and making memories with the people she loves.

Lexie is a social content creator, brand ambassador, stylist, and UGC creator with a passion for helping women feel confident inside and out. With a background in fashion, wellness, and social media marketing, she combines creativity and real-life relatability to educate, inspire, and connect with the Pause. community through authentic content and lifestyle-focused wellness.

Guest Relations
Ella is passionate about helping others feel confident, beautiful and their very best. With a warm personality and a genuine love for making people feel comfortable, she brings a personal touch to everything she does.
Whether she's helping someone feel more confident, or simply take a little time for themselves, Ella believes everyone deserves to feel amazing in their own skin.
When she's not working, Ella enjoys shopping, spending time with her cat, and making memories with the people she loves. She also runs her own online boutique, where she shares her love for style and all things beautiful.
